Registration for Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 Dance Year
Welcome Parents/Students for Fall Dance
Here are instructions for filling out the registration form.
Note*: You will be asked to confirm your email to send the form
For New Students
- Account: Create account in the Jack Rabbit Parent Portal: Jack Rabbit
- Registration Form: Fill out the 2025-2026 Registration Form.
- Payment: Registration Fee and May 2026 tuition must be paid at the time of registration. Please use the following link to pay by credit card or ACH check Pay Here. Check or cash can be dropped off at the studio.
- The completed Registration form must be submitted to the studio by either printing the form and dropping off at the studio or email at DancewithAHOD@gmail.com. Office hours this summer are Mon-Wed 4-6pm. When the form is completed, click the pink submit form at the bottom and it will automatically open on a new email or direct you to webmail to be forwarded to our staff.
For Returning Students
- Registration Form: Fill out the 2025-2026 Registration Form.
- Review and update if needed the parent/dancer information in the Jack Rabbit Parent Portal.
